Those who require a Czech Republic work visa must have a valid job offer, as the work permits are issued only for aspirants who secured their job under the employer of the Czech Republic.
Before applying for a work permit, the Czech employer must prove to the Ministry of Labour that the advertised job can be performed only by a skilled foreign professional, and none of the EU citizens are qualified for this role. Once the Labour Market Assessment is done, employers can move forward with the work permit application.
Once the work permit visa is issued, the applicants are legally permitted to enter the country to do their work under the category – Blue Card or Employee Card. Czech Republic work permit visas are valid for up to two years but can be extended further.
